DIN72552 Electric terminal numbers

Automobile electric terminal numbers according to DIN 72552

For almost every contact in a car there is a number code to standardize car wiring. These numbers are defined in DIN 72552.
This table gives most frequently used numbers.

Ignition system  
1 coil, distributor, low voltage
1a, 1b distributor with two separate circuits
